PARTNERSHIP DIRECTOR
Supervisor:
The partnership director reports to the Executive Director and the Grantwell Advisory Board.
Purpose:
The Grantwell Partnerships Director is responsible for managing which projects and partnerships Grantwell takes on each semester, serving as the primary point of communication for potential partner organizations, guiding the scope and structure of each project, assisting Student Project Officers (SPOs) in preparing their statements of work, resolving any partnership-related issues to ensure a positive experience, collecting feedback data for continuous improvement, and maintaining a CRM to track and strengthen relationships with partners.

Qualifications:
At least one semester in Grantwell
Effective time management and scheduling

Responsibilities:
Works with SPOs and Dr. Heist to recruit and track community partnerships
Acts as the liaison between SPOs and community partners Grantwell leadership and the advisory Train new executive director
Manage which projects and partnerships Grantwell takes on each semester.
Serve as the primary point of communication for potential partner organizations.
Schedule and lead meetings with potential partner organizations.
Guide the scope and structure of each project in collaboration with partners.
Assist Student Project Officers (SPOs) in preparing their statements of work.
Share and review the application form with potential partners.
Manage email communications with partner organizations.
Resolve partnership-related issues to ensure a positive experience.
Collect feedback data to improve partnerships in the future.
Maintain a CRM to track and strengthen relationships with partners.
Time Requirement:
The partnership director is required to attend all Grantwell meetings – executive team, SPO, Grantwell – participates in quarterly Grantwell Advisory Board meetings and attend the MPA 659R Grantwell class for both the Fall and Winter semesters that he or she serves on the Executive Team. They should also expect to put in 5-10 hours per week.
Job Site or Location:
Grantwell is located at Brigham Young University in the Tanner Building in Provo, UT. The partnerships director will operate out of the Tanner Building and remotely as needed to fulfill duties.
